- Cancellations made 5 days prior to the day of an Experience will receive a 100% refund.
- Cancellations made 3-4 days prior to the day of the Experience will be issued a 50% refund.
- No refunds will be given with less than 72 hours’ cancellation notice.
- No refunds for no-shows.
- If BAGI were to cancel an Experience, a full refund for the class(es) would be issued.
- This policy includes our regular Glass Experiences, as well as all subsets of Experiences, like Seasonal Experiences.
