Explore the Bay Area Glass Institute during Silicon Valley Open Studios (SVOS), 2025! This year we will feature work by BAGI Artist and Instructor James Vreeland, who began blowing glass at San Jose State University in 2021 and has continued his journey here at the Institute. Silicon Valley Open Studios is one of the San Francisco Bay Area’s largest and most popular fine art shows. Featuring a spectacular range of artwork from hundreds of local artists, SVOS attracts appreciative art lovers from all over who enjoy visiting the artists in their creative studios and galleries. BAGI will welcome SVOS attendees on Weekend 3, May 17th & 18th.
SVOS features visual artists in many mediums — paintings, sculptures, woodworking, fabric arts, jewelry, photography, mixed media, gourds, and much, more. When you participate, you’ll also get access to a wide range of artist information and events.
