From the Artist
”The Social Networking Project is a series of collaborative art pieces done with local communities. Where the audience helps me build the sculpture. I make the foundation and the people are allowed to place the glass rods anywhere they want on the sculpture. We build a real connection together.”
"Art has been my lifelong companion, a passion I discovered as early as fi h grade. After a foundation in Fine Arts during high school, I pursued Graphic Design in Atlanta. My twenties were a whirlwind of exploration across various creative mediums and studios. Fate led me to the inspiring community of the Goat Farm, where I found mentors who recognized my affinity for glass art. Securing an apprenticeship in glass ignited a life-altering journey. With a degree in Scientific Glass, internships at the Corning Museum of Glass, and a leap to Los Angeles, I delved into labor and scientific glasswork, eventually landing a high-tech research and development glass position. Today, I run a cozy flame studio in Santa Cruz, pioneering glass prototyping for startups while curating art exhibitions. My artistic odyssey continues, forever evolving within the captivating world of glass."
