Giving Tuesday 2025

Giving Tuesday 2025

Giving Tuesday was created in 2012 to round out the post-Thanksgiving shopping holidays with an opportunity to support a meaningful cause. For 2025, Giving Tuesday will be on December 2nd, and we hope you will consider supporting the Bay Area Glass Institute and our mission of providing accessible, hands-on glass experiences that educate and inspire current and future generations of students, artists, patrons, and our community.

This year, we embarked on a new fundraising drive to expand the number of glass art disciplines we are equipped to offer, the BAGI Capital Campaign. This endeavor will allow us to open a Neon Studio and a new addition for a Casting and Mold Making studio alongside other projects to further our mission.

Make a Donation for Giving Tuesday

Donations to BAGI are utilized to support programs and initiatives that further our mission, including the BAGI Scholarship Fund, internships for local students, our Youth Glass Camps each summer, and the Visiting Artist program which brings glass artists from around the country and now the world to teach classes here in the Bay Area. Donation-based giving is the main way nonprofits are supported on Giving Tuesday, but there are many ways that you can support BAGI, from something as easy as posting about your experiences at the Institute to becoming more involved as a donor or volunteer

We would sincerely appreciate any donations or other support you choose to show BAGI on Giving Tuesday, and thank you for being a part of our community!
